Dear All,

Yesterday form for club membership was distributed by security guards, in serial no 16. details of payment is asked (cheque no./ dated / drawn on amount, etc) As per my knowledge we all had paid the club membership charges, power backup, base ment parking, etc. before possession . We all were offered possession only after clearance of the mentioned dues.

So what i understand we have not to pay anything again .. please confirm.

Hi Gaurav,

You are right, we should not pay these charges as we have already done while getting possession from the Builder. Did you get a chance to clarify this with the builder?
