Subject: MEETING OF ALL RESIDENTS OF CROSSINGS REPUBLIK AT 10. A M AT DUMP YARD SITE -NEXT COURSE OF ACTION ON DUMPING GROUND

Dear All

Dumping yard issue is playing a game of hide and seek with RESIDENTS/FUTURE RESIDENTS/INVESTORS for last 3yrs. We are in touch with builders and they have given assurance that they are trying their best to reslove it. Despite Allahabad High Court order builder assured us that they will go to Supreme Court and strongly discussed the issue with administration so that this dump yard may not come within residential vicinity of Crossings and Ansals Aquapolis. Uptill now we beilieve the words of builder and we have get along with them. Now time has gome when we have to take legal action as a resident very soon. Whatever action builders are taking we will watch but can't depend upon that.

Now time has come when CROMA need to see physical presence of maximum residents/future residents/allotees for deciding next course of action on duping yard. Writing e-mail and giving suggestion on e-mail will not serve the purpose. In the past we have seen people come for one meeting and they stopped coming thereafter. We can understand everyone has job committments. But we must tell you that CROMA did lot of hard work organize meeting with builders,meeting with lawyers, deciding strategy on every saturday-sunday, organize procession before GDA/GNN. But very few turned up for meetings and procession in the past. Everyone is thinking that CROMA can do some magic to solve this legal battle which is going since 2004 between builders and administration. Please undersatnd we i.e. all the residents/future resident/investors are the victim of this legal battle not only CROMA.

Please understand CROMA is a group of people who are like you those are reading this e-mail. Despite reminders on e-mails and phone calls very few come forward who actively participate in CROMA activity.

Now please join in big number on Sunday at 10 a.m at Dumping Ground site i.e. exactly opposite Exotica & Prateek Royal Cliff to take final call/ for following agenda:
1. to start legal action for dumping ground ,
2.collecting funds for legal action,
3.taking responsibility to collect the fund,
4.to advise any valuable inputs etc etc.

It is becoming very difficult for CROMA to move further without active volunteers who can take responsibility to come forward to work for public. People willing to actively work as part of executive for dumping ground issue and willing to devote suffiecient time for the cause are plesae please come forward to nominate themselves for office bearer of CROMA.
